Exchanges & Returns:

We hope that you love your purchase, but in the event that you don’t we have made it as easy as possible to return or exchange your item.

Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all products once they have been received. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please follow the procedure below.

Email us at info@sabrinabjewelry.com to request an Exchange or Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please include:

  • the item or items being returned
  • a brief reason for the return
  • order number
  • name and e-mail address used

Please note, return or exchange shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. All returns require signature confirmation. Merchandise must returned in protective packaging with their complete original packaging, receipt, and tags attached in unworn, unused condition. Approved returns will be credited the original purchase price minus any shipping and insurance charges that were incurred when shipping your order. SABRINA B will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that the return packages are lost, mishandled, or stolen.

Items that state they are nonreturnable in the description of the item cannot be returned. Sale items and items that have been modified, for example, ring sizing cannot be returned. Items that have been special ordered or custom crafted for you cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed you have 48 hours to cancel it. If the item(s) have already been shipped within that time frame the order may still be cancelled, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and insurance charges.

Special Orders:

Once you have placed a special order, you have committed to the item. You have 24 hours from when the order is placed to cancel the item. Special orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Backorders:

There may be an instance where the item(s) you like to order will be on backorder. This means that the item(s) are temporarily out of stock. We will contact you immediately to let you know when an item is backordered and let you know the approximate lead time. We will let you know once the item is back in stock and ready to ship.

Pricing:

All SABRINA B pricing is current suggested retail pricing. SABRINA B reserves the right to correct pricing errors. Prices are subject to change.

Sales Tax:

Applicable sales and local taxes will be charged on purchases shipped within California. The sales tax rate will depend on city and county guidelines.

Shipping:

SABRINA B JEWELRY offers free 3-day shipping within the United States. Overnight and Priority shipping will be the customers responsibility. Shipping on International orders will be the customers responsibility and may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive.

All international orders are subject to being held in customs as well as incurring additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These taxes, fees, and duties vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees must be paid by the recipient in order to release your package from customs.
